His neighbours apparently did not support the en-bloc campaign the Laguna Park estate, along with many others. It's sad that people love money so much (a whooping $2.1m per flat unit) that they resort to harming other people. What the bible says is true:
For the love of money is a root of all sorts of evil, and some by longing for it have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs. 1Tim 6:10
