While the world celebrates Christmas in a worldly way, take time aside to meditate on this tender song of a vulnerable girl who realizes she is to give birth to Christ, speaking of the true meaning of Christ being born, crucified and risen to Heaven in the first place:
My Soul Will Magnify the Lord (The Magnificat)
From Luke 1:46-55 Words and Music by Keith Getty & Kristyn Getty and Stuart Townend
My soul will magnify the Lord; I rejoice in God my Savior, In the wonder of His favor. For He has done great things for me; He was mindful of His servant. Every age shall call me blessed. The Hope of Abraham come In the giving of a Son; For He who promised is mighty In remembering His mercy.
My soul will magnify the Lord For His grace to those who fear Him Through every generation. The proud He scatters to the wind As the ruler's strength is broken, And the rich are left with nothing. The humble lifted high, And the hungry satisfied; Our Portion and our Treasure, Our Hope and Help forever.

If I were to stand before the Judgement Seat when Christ comes again and if God were to review my life in the pace of 24 hours in 24 hours, I would just drop to my knees and cry Romans 7:24 'O wretched man that I am!' before He even gets past the first day. That is the amount of sin I have imputed on Christ and the amount of righteousness He imputed on me when He died on Nisan 14 AD. Tis' the power of the cross, Son of God slain for us. What a love! What a cost! We stand forgiven at the cross.
With a host of brave unknown soldiers For your company, you will live forever Here in our memory
In fields of sacrifice Heroes paid the price Young men who died for old men's wars Gone to paradise
We are all one great band of brothers And one day you'll see we can live together When all the world is free
I wish you'd lived to see All you gave to me Your shining dream of hope and love Life and liberty
We are all one great band of brothers And one day you'll see - we can live together When all the world is free

Who would ever imagine a pack of cards in a bottle and its neck too small to fit the cards through? Well, I came across them this evening at Iluma and here are some pictures. The links below provide you with a glimpse of how these impossible bottles are made. The trade is shrouded in mystery as many of the makers such as Jamie D. Grant passed on together with the secret. Enjoy!
Who Am I
I'm Lois, a human being saved and currently alive by God's grace.
[I am crucified with Christ: neverthless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me.
Galations 2:20]
