Went for AC's 33rd Students' Council Invest today. and it's de javu all over again. With the same music, same formation of zipping and unzipping in the middle of the hall. Oh so dear council memories : ) Anw, the guest of honour shared something interesting about everyone when they age:
1) Ages 1-5: we go through spills (like milk and food on the floor)
2) Ages 6-12: we go through drills (eat, study, eat, sleep)
3) Ages 13-25: we go through thrills
4) Ages 26-40: we pay bills
5) Ages 41-60: we suffer ills
6) Ages 61-75: we eat loads of pills
7) Ages 76 and above: we are forced to write our wills
Of course, this is just a play of the 'ills' end of the words. Interesting and all quite very true. But if we just go about the motions of life from pt 1-7 without God present at every stage, life is pretty much meaningless. Add Him in the picture and we will be blessed beyond measure by Him who created us.
