It's just too irresistable so I decided to take a picture and let you see for the last time the condition of the dead ratatouille. This one doesnt cook btw.
You wont know how irresistable it is to take the photo unless you walk past that spot every day, which I do.

Listen to the story before the beautiful hymn plays. Indeed, we cannot measure God's love according to our circumstances, but on the fact that He died for us sinners more than 2000 years ago. That is love beyond any measure of our current circumstances.
The 'hammering of nail' sound effect is quite realistic.

This is what happens when you're a rag-and-bone person. You find things that happened 12 years ago, freshly dug up and like you've never written it before. This is one instance - a thanksgiving speech in church when i was 8 yrs old.

During family devotion just now, my dad read from Romans 15:1-3. When our actions affect others, do we say 'heck with it' or do we give it a thought and wonder if it ever has implications on others and ourselves as Christians? According to Romans 15:1-3, it says:-
[We then who are strong ought to bear with the scruples [weaknesses] of the weak, and not to please ourselves. Let each of us please his neighbour for his good, leading to edification [building up]. For even Christ did not please Himself; but as it is written, "The reproaches of those who reproached You fell on Me."]
Even Jesus' own actions and thoughts did not please Himself. He even died for our sins on our behalf! How much more we ought to be think before we act and be good stewards of others!

ok this is how this new blog works. if you want to view past posts, go to 'links' (at the upside down man's leg) and click on the title under 'Memories' or month under 'Archives'. This will bring you back to the main page you first saw when loading my blog (where the songs are). From the main page, click on 'entries' (at the upside down man's head) and you'll see the desired posts! amazing.

Recently, I have had greater opportunities to be a light and salt of the world for Christ. Many a times, i lack the substance to share as I haven had enough food from the Bible in my head (due to many years of not faithfully doing my QT - this is how important QT is the next night you decide not to do it) So this makes me all the more want to read up! Been in a few conversations with spiritual gifts from God, thus this article, i think, is very useful. I haven gotten down to reading all 5 parts yet. But here are the links so that we can read together:
Let us continue to strive being defenders and doers of His Word!
James 1:22 [But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does]

This guy got out of a car at the taxi stand and literally wheeled his wheelchair to this spot. (He had a limp but could still walk mind you). After which, opened up his wheelchair like a picnic chair, and sat down selling his bag of tissue packets. My friend and I just stared with our jaws wide open.
This morning, a foreign cleaner at my block had his broom and dustpan in one hand, and his nokia handphone in the other. How does he keep the block clean with one hand, I don't have any clue. In fact, the corridor was not clean at all. So, the dubious for you...

I didnt mean for it to be crushed... poor snail from Bedok Reservoir Park got squashed with a 'crack!' sound under my crocs slippers as I was walking innocently along the pathway. Who is to know that the snail would walk the same road as me in the opposite direction. Sadly, it died on the spot with its cold juice all splattered across my feet. My mum asked me why i didnt bring it back to make Escargot (a delicacy made of snails in France)... ermm pls ah

My older bro and I went downstairs to eat tze char one night. To our non-surprise, we realised we needn't go very far (to places such as infamous China) to see misspelt menu items. The second picture made me laugh so hard the auntie thought something was really wrong with her menu i think (cos she was looking in our direction from afar). Check these pics out!
Though not very clear, it says 'Finger Foogs' instead of 'Finger Food' and 'Baby Squaid' instead of 'Squid'. What is 'Squaid'?
As mentioned earlier, this made me hysterical. 'Prok rice, Auntie'. PROK RICE!!! So cute.
This was my PROK RICE!
This post is dedicated to Felicia who spells in similar style as the tze char auntie : )
ah a dead rat. sorry i cant help but post this cos it's quite fascinating and it just happened to be along the route i take to uni everyday. enlarge the picture if you want to see more of it. keeping it small so that i wont make people go into shock or let their heart attack them suddenly.

Who Am I
I'm Lois, a human being saved and currently alive by God's grace.
[I am crucified with Christ: neverthless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me.
Galations 2:20]
