You might think that the Americans and all those in the West of the 21st century have come to realize that Singapore is not part of China after all. Hold your horses on that. Apparently, it still isn't true! I just received my last bill from the utilities company in South California telling me that I have completed paying all my bills. Below my postal code was the country China in bold print!
