An unplanned life is like an abandoned building, or at least, these are words of wisdom which my dad said when we looked out of our Melakan hotel room. What he saw was a half-completed building. Half-completed and with an intention of finishing the job is fine. What's the problem here is that it is half-completed and left half-completed, with moss growing everywhere and birds making their nests in the higher floors. With this illustration, my dad paralleled it to an unplanned life, one which lacks direction. In the end, the workers have to leave it uncompleted due to lack of funding, labour, etc.
